The article went on to say that his amendment was effective upon publication. Well crafted legislation, it did seem to me. It exempted certain vessels from licensing requirements, it was rather impressive, I do have to admit. It appears that the Crown Prince is looking into the mandates of Dubai and making certain changes. It causes me to respect him.
OK I take it all back, my negativity. Everything in the March 1, 2020 blog – well not everything about the repressive resolution but I now just learned that Dubai is shutting down its schools and colleges, allowing basically for a quarantine. I am massively impressed. What is a quarantine? More news from Dubai, Employees are encouraged to take voluntary leave, probably without a cessation of benefits that would happen in this silly country. There is a screening procedure at the Dubai Airport which detects fevers and people from affected countries are screened twice – not once but twice. Pence does not even probably know what a fever is.
