Another Song Comes to Mind; Everybody Loves a Lover; Found it Was a Song Celebrated in 2022 When Living in Abu Dhabi and Again in 2024 living in Lexis Suites;  Enjoying an Embarrassment of Riches After Returning to Penang Lyf; Photos of Abu Dhabi Louvre During Better Days: Finding Humor in the Midst of Adversity

Another song came to mind. I might have written about it before. I will type the words I remember on Google.  I did, to find name of the song;  Everybody Loves a Lover… Cleverly typed the name of the song into the search engine of the blog discovering more than one entry.  The July 24, 2024 blog was entitled:   Am I Changing or Evolving? Defining the Terms Brings Clarity; Examining the Decision to Change My Instagram Name; Remembering Call Me a Pollyanna Reveals That There is Some Consistency in my Life; Photos Showing a Changed Environment; No Louvre in Penang

I was living in Penang Lexis Suites on July 24, 2024. Left there in December when I was diagnosed with scabies. That day I thought of the same song, went to the blog’s search engine finding  February 19, 2022 blog, You shall now read what I wrote that day.

‘I sat on the patio of the restaurant and thought of a song. Everyone, well practically everyone, says that they love me. There is a song by Doris Day, of course I googled and here are the lyrics.Everybody loves a lover
I’m a lover, everybody loves me
Anyhow, that’s how I feel
Wow, I feel just like a Pollyanna
I should worry, not for nothin’
Everybody loves me, yes they do
And I love everybody
Since I fell in love with you
Who’s the most popular personality?
I can’t help thinkin’ it’s no one else but me
Gee, I feel just about ten feet tall, havin’ a ball
Guess ya might call me a Pollyanna
Everybody loves a lover
Who’s the most popular personality?
I can’t help thinkin’ it’s no one else but me
Gee, I feel just about ten feet tall, havin’ a ball
Well, I feel just like a Pollyanna
I should worry, not for nothin’
Everybody loves me, yes they do
And I love everybody
Since I fell in love with
Fell in love with
Fell in love with you, (Call me a Pollyanna, do)But here is the absolutely, unqualified good news. I love everybody since I fell in love with Allah. I do know for a certainty that it is not unrequited. Definition of unrequited (of a feeling, especially love) not returned or rewarded.”

Wondered what restaurant I was in. Read the blog to discover that it was the world renowned restaurant at the Louvre in Abu Damai.  I was living there then, What was happening that day almost two and a half years ago? Now I know. Was at the Abu Dhabi YAS Mall Apple Store taking a class getting some technical problems solved. Then I left with my taxi driver, whose nickname was SAD. I think it stood for Sheikha Awesome Driver. .

“SAD and I sped off to Louvre on Saadiyat Island where I received a huge welcome. One handsome young man escorted me to the restaurant saying that he follows me on Instagram – spoke of my fish feast at the Fish Market. The staff at the restaurant so happy to see me again – the Chef came to speak to me receiving compliments on the delicious food which shall be pictured. It was an utterly beautiful day, a slight breeze, moderate temperature, surrounded by happy people including a family from Canada located two tables away. Of course I spoke to them and gave them blog cards. The conversation began when I sneezed and then announced in a loud voice.
Me: Do not worry. I sneezed but I do not have the virus. I am negative in that regard, that regard only.
They: Much laughter.
Me: Where are you from?
They: Canada.
Me: Me too. I will come and speak to you”

I had totally forgotten about all of this. It had been erased from my memory bank. I loved the Abu Dhabi Louvre. Many happy memories of the exhibits, the art, the staff – all calling me Sheikha Fatimah. Perhaps I shall feature some of my prize photos at the conclusion of this blog.  This is figuring into my current dilemma sorting out changing, evolving and consistency. consistency. What is consistent, what remains the same is since coming to Lexis Suites in Malaysia everyone is saying that they love me. I am the most popular personality, there is no doubt about it. I should not be worried – not for nothn’ . Although some things did  go wrong in my world, however, things straighten themselves out. I remain cheerful in the midst of near catastrophe and betrayal. Nowadays I love everybody and everybody loves me since I fell in love with you. Who is the you in my life?  It is of course and always will be. Allah (SWT). Not a mere mortal man (or woman).

I read this in wonderment. Alhamdulillah I am no longer in Abu Dhabi. Allah (SWT) the Great Planner got me out of there – first to Edmonton, then to Saudi Arabia and finally to Malaysia..The UAE and particularly Dubai, is a living hell at the moment. Dubai almost thoroughly deserted. The residents stuck there as there is no market for the homes they purchased in the good old day. They are are forbidden to speak or share their plight with the world. Whereas, I live in Malaysia = the best place to be in the whole world at this moment.

July 10, 2026

SO much good news, not just good news GREAT NEWS. It all started after I fled Bamboo Hostility and Soulless Societe for the wondrous good people in Penang. There are evil ones as well but they do not seem to be around. You shall hear about that in due course.

My goodness already two idioms to translate. All of this without the misinformation and hassle of Gemini.  Out damn spot as Lady McBeth said, according to Shakespeare. Out damn Gemini says Alexis. Hahaha

An embarrassment of riches: “ We use “an embarrassment of riches” in contexts where someone has more than enough of something good—such as opportunities, talents, resources, or even compliments. It’s usually positive overall, but with the implication that the excess makes things tricky.

So now you know more than you probably wanted to. Collins Dictionary says:  If you say that something will happen or take place in due course, you mean that you cannot make it happen any quicker and it will happen when the time is right for it.

Definitely will begin with good news – there is no bad news actually. Let use begin with funny news.  My precious Penang friend Alice came for lunch yesterday. You shall hear more about the fascinating conversation we had lunching with Grandson Cole, Mojo Chef. However this was the text conversation we had today.
Me: I was just thinking. I have not seen Mohan Anandani sitting on his throne at the Kashmir Restaurant. He is either terrified of me or dead. Hahaha I have been back in Penang Lyf for ten days. I am laughing!! Either way, I won. Hahaha
Dear friend Alice is not a fan of Mohan Anandani and it was she who revealed to me how he is regarded throughout Penang. He is seen as vile. She sent a GIF which will be viewed at the conclusion of the blog in exchange eI sent her a dancing and laughing Avatar.

Do let us define vile. Vile: extremely unpleasant, morally bad; wicked. Here are some sickening synonyms: foul. abominable, atrocious, odious,, repulsive, deplorable, monstrous, iniquitous, sinful, corrupt, sordid, depraved, perverted, debased, reprobate, degenerate, debauched, dissolute, contemptible, despicable, reprehensible, diabolical, yucky.

But enough of that!

I look back. A lifetime of being the most popular personality. What I love  best about my life of the moment, is that I am loved by the most wonderful people. This Invocation from my April 17, 2026 blog  “Oh Allah, Grant me Your love and the love of those who would elevate me in Your sight. Oh Allah! As you have granted me beloved favors, let those favors give me the strength to do what You love. Oh Allah! Whatever you have withheld from me of what I love, make it an opportunity for me to focus on what You love.”

It seems as if my prayers have been answered. Allah has granted me the love of those who would elevate me in His sight. I am determined to focus on what Allah loves. I intend to use the favors I have been blessed with to do what Allah loves.

The February 19, 2022 blog concluded with photos taken at the Abu Dhabi Louvre. I have recovered some and will conclude this blog. As well as a laughing GIF sent by Alice
